3161 Pacific Electronics Telephone Handset Intercom system is a high quality and cost effective system for any retrofit or new construction project. This system uses a telephone handset in each apartment to communicate with the building entrance. Because of its simplicity, we recommend this system for handicapped and senior citizen housing.

System Operation: The visitor pushes the appropriate button on the lobby panel to call the tenant’s apartment. Picking up the handset establishes two-way communication between the tenant and visitor. The tenant uses to door button on the handset to allow the visitor to enter the building.

Wiring Requirements: Four common wires and one unique signal wire.
